Android Developer

Description:

We are looking for an all-around Mobile Developer to join our team and become a key member to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our applications. You will build solutions using the latest delivery techniques, guide others on the journey, and help drive the Container Exchange Services technology strategy. You must be proficient in Kotlin and the Android SDK and open to learning new tools as the platform develops if you want to succeed in this position.

What you can expect to do:

• Contribute to the planning, scoping, designing, and development of applications and games for Android platforms
• Build reusable modules and Stay up-to-date with new tools and development practices
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Translate prototypes into Android applications

What we need from you:

• Working experience with both Kotlin and Java
• Enthusiasm for a great user experience and Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience working with design patterns such as MVC, MVP and MVVM
• Integrating against RESTful APIs
• Fine-tuning performance
• A passion for continuous delivery
• Experience working with Git - Good grasp of design patterns, SOLID & Clean code principles
• Have experience in Agile Development and am able to work in Scrum Team.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
