Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Wholesale Brand Approval Specialist to secure approvals from brands and distributors for wholesale selling on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and research skills, with the ability to build relationships and onboard authorized suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to brands, distributors, and suppliers to obtain authorization for wholesale selling
- Communicate professionally via email, calls, and other channels to secure brand approvals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and authorized distributors
- Maintain records of outreach, approvals, and follow-ups
- Verify brand eligibility and approval requirements on Amazon
- Coordinate with product hunting and sourcing teams for approved brands
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and account opening requirements with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s wholesale policies and brand guidelines
- Track approval success rates and optimize outreach strategies
- Stay updated with Amazon brand approval processes and market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in Amazon Wholesale brand approvals or supplier outreach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and brand approval processes
- Ability to research and identify brand contact information
- Experience with email outreach and CRM tools is a plus
- Understanding of wholesale business models and supplier onboarding
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
