Description:
MEHFUZ LLC, a UAE-based PPE and workwear company, is hiring an Amazon Virtual Assistant to support daily marketplace operations. The role involves creating and maintaining listings, verifying brand activity, and keeping the account compliant with Amazon’s policies. Ideal for candidates familiar with Amazon Seller Central and eager to grow in e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
• Create and update product listings under supervision following defined templates and SOPs.
• Verify brand status and ensure products comply with Amazon policy before uploading.
• Maintain account health by monitoring active listings, suppressed items, and potential IP risks.
• Check brand gating and ensure listings are aligned with authentic supplier or brand data.
• Report daily progress, errors, and compliance issues to the Operations Manager.
• Handle assigned access responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality of account information.
• Support marketplace activities and learn operational standards under guidance.
Requirements
• Basic experience using Amazon Seller Central or any related marketplace tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in product data entry, and structured reporting.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and deliver consistent results.
• Good communication, reliability, and commitment to daily coordination.
• Stable internet connection and regular availability six days a week.
