Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Shipments & Inventory Planning Specialist to manage the end-to-end planning and execution of Amazon FBA shipments, restock forecasting, and inventory reconciliation. This role is essential to maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing storage fees, and avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, create, and manage FBA shipments using Amazon Seller Central.
Monitor inventory levels across Amazon fulfillment centers and trigger restock alerts.
-Use forecasting tools to plan future shipments and maintain stock health.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.
-Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for different ASINs.
Reconcile shipments and resolve discrepancies with Amazon.
Minimize aged inventory to reduce long-term storage fees and overstock risks.
-Work with warehouse teams to ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation.
-Manage FNSKU labels, box dimensions, pallet configurations, and shipping plans.
-Maintain accurate replenishment schedules and shipment documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon FBA, logistics, or eCommerce inventory planning.
-Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA requirements.
-Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
-Experience with inventory management tools like RestockPro, SoStocked, Power BI, or similar.
-Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or sales forecasting tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
