Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market and competitor research across Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms to identify high-demand, low-competition product opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and seasonality to forecast product performance and profitability.
- Monitor competitors’ new launches, pricing changes, and ad trends to guide Utopia Deals’ product strategy.
Listing & Optimization Support
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to create optimized product listings — titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and backend terms.
- Ensure all product listings follow Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop guidelines, maintaining top-tier listing quality.
- Support A/B testing of listing elements (images, keywords, pricing) to maximize conversions and visibility.
FBA & Marketplace Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate FBA shipments, inventory tracking, and replenishment.
- Monitor product performance (BSR, sessions, conversions) and suggest restocking or product improvement actions.
- Manage product uploads and maintenance on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and eBay platforms.
Trend Tracking & Insights
- Identify emerging TikTok trends, viral products, and content styles that align with Utopia’s brand identity.
- Prepare weekly reports on product opportunities, competitor performance, and sales insights for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in product research and marketplace management (Amazon, FBA, eBay, or TikTok Shop).
- Proficient in e-commerce research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA operations, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with a passion for identifying new market opportunities.
