Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Amazon Private Label Brand Manager to lead, strategize, and grow brands through data-driven decision-making, creative thinking, and strong operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands Amazon’s ecosystem, and can manage the complete brand lifecycle from product research to scaling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team to execute the full Private Label brand lifecycle
- Conduct detailed product and market research using tools like Helium 10, Keepa, and Brand Analytics
- Optimize listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, images, and A+ content
- Develop and implement growth strategies to build category-leading brands on Amazon
- Plan and execute brand-specific promotions to boost visibility and conversions
- Lead PPC strategy and execution to maximize ROI and maintain healthy ACOS
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Handle account health, listing issues, cases, and flat file uploads in Seller Central
- Collaborate with creative, PPC, and supply chain teams for flawless execution
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account performance standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon Private Label brands
- Strong experience in leading and managing teams
- Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and POE
- Expertise in product research, keyword strategy, and listing optimization
- Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, and Flat Files
- Strong PPC knowledge, campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
- Excellent command of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and case-handling skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
