About the Role:

we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes ecommerce design; a visual storytelling that sells.

 

This role is all about creating conversion-driven designs for Amazon listings, Storefronts, and global ecommerce platforms (EU, UK, US, CAN). If your portfolio shows designs that stop scrolling, build trust, and turn browsers into buyers, this one’s for you.

 

This role is perfect for a designer who understands that great design equals higher conversion rates, stronger customer loyalty, and tangible revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon & Ecommerce Creatives: Design A+ Content, Product Listing Images, Amazon Storefronts, brand visuals, and campaign creatives optimized for conversions.
  • Conversion Psychology in Design: Apply shopper psychology, CTA placement, and marketplace algorithms to maximize CTR & CVR.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate product features into clear, compelling benefit-driven imagery that influences purchase decisions.
  • Scalable Design Systems: Build reusable creative frameworks for multiple product launches & seasonal campaigns.
  • Data-Backed Design: Collaborate with Growth & Marketing to A/B test designs, analyze performance, and refine creatives for higher ROI.
  • Creative Innovation: Experiment with AI tools, motion graphics, and new ecommerce design trends to stay ahead.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years as a Graphic Designer focused on Amazon, Shopify, or Ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Strong portfolio with Amazon A+ Content, Storefronts, and high-impact product visuals (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
  • Deep understanding of shopper psychology & design for conversions.
  • Mastery of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, AI tools (Firefly, MidJourney, Photoshop AI).
  • Experience with A/B testing & performance-driven design improvements.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with consumer goods, lifestyle, or D2C brand design.
