This isn’t just a managerial role — it's a leadership position for someone who’s done it before. We’re seeking an Amazon & Walmart Advertising Team Lead with a strong track record in e-commerce advertising, team building, and performance-driven campaign execution. You’ll own team success, lead client growth strategies, and mentor high-potential media buyers into world-class operators.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead a growing team of Amazon & Walmart advertising managers and media buyers
- Architect and oversee campaign strategies across all ad formats of the platforms.
- Create SOPs, QA protocols, and workflows to ensure campaign excellence and client satisfaction
- Analyze campaign performance across marketplaces to optimize TACoS, ROAS, and CVR
- Run training programs to keep your team sharp with industry best practices and advanced tactics
- Conduct strategic client calls and C-suite meetings backed by data storytelling
- Identify underutilized opportunities in ad types, keywords, or targeting strategies
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with the creative, SEO, and analytics teams
- Report directly to the founders and contribute to high-level decision-making
- Stay ahead of changes in Amazon, Walmart Connect, and ad tech platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads (with Walmart experience as a strong plus)
- 2+ years managing a team of advertisers or campaign managers
- Proven success in managing large-scale accounts (6–7 figure monthly ad spend)
- Mastery of campaign architecture, budget pacing, bid optimization, and audience targeting
- Experience with tools like Pacvue, Adbrew, Helium10, Quartile, Scale Insights, KapoQ, etc
- Strong reporting, analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
