Am Maintenance

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Mantainence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mantainence management and experience working in an FMCG or cosmetic/pharma manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee Mantainence processes

- Ensure timely and cost-effective Mantainence

- Implement quality control measures

- Manage and train Mantainence staff

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Analyze Mantainence data and implement improvements

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production

- Manage maintenance staff and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions

- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure costs are controlled and optimized

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to maintenance

- Proficiency on software (SAP, ERP)

Requirements:

-Bachelor/ Master in Mantainence, or related field

- Must Min 5-6 years of experience in Mantainence department management, preferably in an FMCG or cosmetic/pharma manufacturing Mantainence planning, quality control, and safety protocols

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
