Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – EFS & Sales Taxation to manage export-related EFS matters, sales tax compliance, refunds, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely filings, and compliance with FBR and other regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
EFS (Export Facilitation Scheme)
· Handle EFS registration, approvals, and documentation
· Manage input/output reconciliation under EFS
· Coordinate with suppliers and clearing agents for EFS compliance
· Prepare and maintain EFS consumption and utilisation reports
Sales Taxation
· Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns
· Handle sales tax refunds, adjustments, and reconciliations
· Maintain sales tax records in line with FBR requirements
· Respond to sales tax notices, audits, and queries
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
· EFS (Export Facilitation Scheme)
· Sales Tax (FBR)
· Experience in manufacturing or export industry preferred
