Am Auditor

Description:

• Ensure compliance of last Audit reports issued by Professional Plus and,
• Review yearly Financial Statements via Oracle-based software,
• After thorough verification, prepare yearly audited Financial Statements with complete notes to the accounts and presentations.
• Analyse financial ratios and other statistics for management and give suggestions for improvement.
• Review Vendor and Customers transactions on a significant sample basis and their respective outstanding balances and payments up to date,
• 100% Stock taking as at 30-June-2023 (Packaging Warehouse, Raw Material warehouse, Maintenance warehouse, Finished Goods warehouse, QC Warehouse, Quarantine Warehouse, Work in Process on 1st , 2nd and 3rd July of 2023 (and highlight shortage and excess found)
• Review all important SOP compliances in practice and observe discrepancies in actual implementations.
• Issue individual department reports for any discrepancies found during the Audit.
• Any other task assigned by a Senior to complete the whole assignment.
