We seek a skilled and innovative Airtable Expert to design, build, and manage Airtable databases that drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and maintain Airtable bases tailored to business needs.
- Design automated workflows using Airtable Automations and integrations with tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Make.
- Set up and manage user access, permissions, and collaboration settings to ensure secure and efficient usage.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present actionable insights.
- Connect Airtable with other applications and APIs for seamless data flow.
- Provide training and create user-friendly guides/documentation for team members.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve Airtable performance and usability.
Requirement:
- Proven 2 - 3 years of experience with Airtable, including advanced functionalities and integrations.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Knowledge of scripting with Airtable Scripts (JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs and experience in integrating Airtable with other software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience working with project management or CRM tools.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or other productivity software.
