What You’ll Do
-Build & ship AI/ML features end-to-end (data prep → model → API)
Implement LLM/RAG workflows (embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration)
-Serve models via Flask APIs with proper versioning, logging, and monitoring
-Optimize inference, latency, and cost on AWS/Azure; containerize with Docker
-Collaborate with backend/front-end to turn experiments into products

Must-Have
-2-3 years in Python + Flask (or FastAPI) and ML/DS fundamentals
-Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS)
-Experience with RAG patterns, data chunking, and retrieval quality tuning
-Practical MLOps: Git, CI/CD basics, Docker; cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
-Solid grasp of experimentation & evaluation (A/B, offline metrics)

Nice-to-Have
-LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI APIs
-MLflow/Weights & Biases, SageMaker
-NLP pipelines, text analytics at scale
