🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of software engineering experience
✅ 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
💻 Strong proficiency in Python
🧠 Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
🤖 Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models)
⚙️ Experience building production-grade ML systems
🔄 Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines
(Airflow / Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Git)
📊 Experience with Vector Databases
(Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
🔎 Experience building and optimizing RAG-based systems
