Description:
We're building an AI-powered video production team creating content for European audiences. You'll turn scripts into finished videos using the latest AI generation tools combined with solid editing skills. You'll also build and manage our AI personas, the recurring characters who appear across our videos.
What you'll do
- Produce finished videos from scripts and scene descriptions, from generating visuals to the final edit
- Generate video, images, and characters using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, or similar
- Create and maintain consistent AI personas (same face, voice, and style across every video) using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar
- Produce AI voiceovers with tools like ElevenLabs, and sync them with visuals
- Edit for pacing and retention: cuts, transitions, captions, music, and sound design
- Repurpose long videos into short clips for different platforms
- Keep up with new AI video tools as they launch and test what works for us
What we're looking for
- Solid video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
- Hands-on experience with AI video or image generation tools (personal projects count)
- A strong eye for pacing, since you understand that video is about timing, not just good-looking frames
- Patience and attention to detail, especially for keeping characters and style consistent
- A habit of learning: you enjoy trying new tools and figuring them out yourself
- Good enough English to understand scripts and creative direction
