· Open Role – AI Trainer (Remote – Pakistan Based)

Responsibilities:

Train and guide AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT) to improve performance and accuracy

Develop prompts, scenarios, and datasets to enhance AI responses

Review and evaluate AI outputs for quality and relevance

Collaborate with international teams to refine AI training strategies

Document AI behavior patterns and provide actionable insights

Support recruitment and HR teams by training AI to assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and communication


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, AI training, content review, or related roles

Strong understanding of AI tools, especially ChatGPT and Gemini

Excellent English communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment

Laptop/PC with stable internet connection

Professional behavior, time management, and attention to detail
