We’re looking for an AI-Savvy HR Professional (Remote – Pakistan) who can dedicate just 3 hours per day to help us grow our global engineering team.

As we expand, we need a creative HR person who can blend people skills with AI-driven efficiency — using tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and LinkedIn automation to source, screen, and engage top talent.

What You’ll Do (in just 3 hours/day):
- 3+ years of Startup Exp
- Source and screen candidates for roles in React, Django, DevOps, and Data.
- Conduct brief HR interviews and share notes.
- Use AI tools to write job posts, automate outreach, and summarize profiles.
- Coordinate final interviews with our U.S. and Pakistan hiring team.
