Description:
Excels Tech Solutions LLC (USA) is hiring an AI Solutions Sales & Staff Augmentation Manager to drive B2B sales, pipeline development, and orchestrate revenue growth in the US, EU, and MENA markets.
This role requires a candidate who can independently source and close opportunities where US, EU, and MENA-based companies need:
- AI Apps / AI Solutions (PoC → MVP → Production), and/or
- Offshore Staff Augmentation (Dedicated resources/teams), especially:
- AI Engineers / AI Developers
- Odoo Developers (Functional & Technical)
- Full Stack Developers MEAN/MERN/Python
You will own end-to-end business development activities—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, nurturing, and closing—using structured systems and consistent reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1) AI Solutions / AI Apps Sales (PoC to MVP to Scale)
- Identify and target the above regional companies where AI solutions/apps are required to solve operational, product, or revenue problems.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand business goals, pains, and success criteria.
- Position and sell Excels Tech offerings such as:
- AI PoC and MVP development
- AI app development and AI automation
- LLM-based solutions, chatbots, copilots, and integrations
- Analytics, AI enablement, and custom AI workflows
- Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into solution scope and delivery approach.
- Support proposal creation, pricing, timelines, and commercial negotiations.
2) Staff Augmentation Sales (Special Focus – USA, EU & MENA Market):
- Generate and close staff augmentation opportunities for offshore developers/resources.
- Sell and manage staffing models such as:
- Dedicated resources (monthly)
- Hourly/part-time/full-time tech resources
- Team pods (multi-role)
- Source opportunities where clients need fast hiring for:
- AI/ML Engineers & AI Developers
- Odoo ERP Developers / Consultants
- Full Stack Developers
- Qualify requirements: tech stack, seniority, start date, budget, interview process, and onboarding expectations.
- Coordinate internal resource alignment and candidate/resource presentation to clients.
3) Prospecting & Outreach Leadership:
- Use LinkedIn (and LinkedIn Sales Navigator if available) to build targeted lists of USA decision-makers:
- Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Heads, Engineering Managers, Operations & Growth leaders
- Execute high-quality outreach sequences:
- Connection → value message → follow-ups → meeting booking → proposal → closure
- Develop messaging frameworks for different segments (AI solutions vs staff augmentation).
4) Pipeline Ownership, Lead Nurturing & Customer Journey Design:
- Build and manage a structured customer journey:
- Awareness → Engagement → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing → Handover
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert warm leads into scheduled meetings and active opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline stages, next actions, timelines, and forecasted revenue.
5) Structured Systems, Reporting & Performance Discipline
- Work on structured systems such as AI CRM / trackers/pipeline sheets.
- Track and report KPIs daily/weekly (as required by management), such as:
- Outreach volume and response rate
- Meetings booked and meetings conducted
- Opportunity count and stage movement
- Proposals shared and follow-up status
- Forecasted and committed revenue (USD)
- Ensure data discipline: every opportunity must have notes, next steps, and dated actions.
6) Client Communication & Stakeholder Management :
- Communicate confidently with clients via LinkedIn, email, and conversation calls with professional business etiquette.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, objection handling, and negotiation maturity.
- Coordinate internally with management and delivery teams to ensure realistic commitments and smooth handover after closing.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development (AI services preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in one or both:
- AI solutions selling (apps/solutions/PoC/MVP)
- Staff augmentation selling (offshore resources/teams)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to work with structured systems (AI CRM, cadence tracking, pipeline management)
