🔹 About the Role
You will be helping a US AI healthtech company reach medical groups and healthcare organizations such as:
• Hospitals
• Medical centers
• Outpatient clinics
• Specialty practices
• MSOs
• Healthcare groups using heavy manual communication flows
Your core focus is to introduce AI calling and workflow automation solutions to healthcare decision makers, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for the founder and closing team.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers in the United States
• Contact key decision makers like COOs, practice managers, operations directors, clinical administrators, RCM leaders, and healthcare executives
• Understand their current communication and scheduling workflows and identify gaps where AI calling automation can help
• Qualify leads based on the company’s criteria
• Book discovery calls for the founder and sales team
• Maintain accurate notes, lead activity, and follow ups
• Work closely with the US founder to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
🔹 Requirements
• At least 2 years of international healthcare sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with US based clinics and hospitals
• Experience with cold outreach, calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Background in selling healthcare software, AI solutions, MSOs, or outpatient clinic tools is a plus
• Independent, driven, and comfortable working commission only
• Must be able to work US hours
