Description:
We are hiring an AI Social Media Executive / AI Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our AI-focused social media presence, campaigns, and delivery across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
This is an AI-first marketing role, meaning your content, positioning, campaigns, and reporting must clearly communicate and market AI products, AI SaaS services, AI solutions, and AI-driven business outcomes. You will work closely with senior management under the supervision of HOD, sales, and technical teams to transform AI capabilities into strong content narratives, consistent publishing, and measurable pipeline impact.
Ultimately, predictable and convertible sales leads are the major goal. Your work must translate into consistent lead flow, improved lead quality, and clearer conversion paths from social to sales.
Core Platforms You Will Own:
- LinkedIn: AI thought leadership, B2B authority, and demand generation to produce predictable and convertible sales leads
- Instagram & Facebook (Meta): AI brand awareness, trust building, short-form storytelling, and performance ads that generate convertible inquiries and leads
- YouTube: AI explainers, demos, case studies, Shorts strategy, and channel growth to support high-intent inbound leads
- Google: Google Ads (as applicable), Google Business Profile, reputation/visibility support, and tracking to improve lead capture and conversion
Key Responsibilities (AI-Centric Work & Delivery):
1) AI Social Strategy & Content Roadmap (Delivery-Based)
- Develop and execute an AI-first social strategy aligned with business goals: awareness → engagement → leads → meetings → conversions.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars focused on:
- AI SaaS products/services positioning
- AI solutions use-cases (automation, copilots, chatbots, AI apps, integrations)
- AI PoC to MVP journeys and outcomes
- Client success stories, case studies, and measurable results
- Internal delivery highlights and technical milestones (approved content)
- Ensure every major content theme supports the end objective: predictable and convertible sales leads.
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly content plan + weekly execution plan
- Campaign calendar (organic + paid)
- AI content themes and messaging framework tied to lead-generation outcomes
2) AI Content Creation & Production Management:
- Write and publish high-quality AI-focused content:
- LinkedIn posts, carousels, long-form thought pieces (demand generation focused)
- Instagram/Facebook captions, reels scripts, story concepts (inquiry/lead focused)
- YouTube video briefs, scripts, titles, descriptions, thumbnails guidance (high-intent inbound focused)
- Case-study style posts (problem → AI approach → result → call-to-action)
- Convert technical inputs into simple, high-impact content that business decision-makers understand, and that encourages calls, demos, and meetings.
- Repurpose content smartly to increase reach and reduce cost-per-lead.
Key Deliverables:
- Weekly publishing targets per platform
- AI content library (use-cases, case studies, pain points, FAQs) optimized for lead generation
- Clear CTAs designed to produce convertible sales leads
3) AI Performance Marketing (Meta + Google + LinkedIn Where Applicable):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for AI offerings to generate predictable and convertible sales leads:
- Meta Ads: lead forms, remarketing, appointment-driving campaigns
- Google Ads/YouTube Ads: intent-based campaigns and remarketing
- LinkedIn Ads: decision-maker targeting for B2B AI offerings (as required)
- Build funnels that support conversion:
- AI lead magnet → nurture → meeting request
- AI demo request → follow-up sequences
- AI SaaS trial → onboarding → conversion
- Optimize based on CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality—not just impressions.
Key Deliverables:
- Campaign plans + weekly optimization notes
- A/B testing and audience learnings
- Retargeting and conversion flow designed for predictable lead generation
4) AI Lead Journey Nurturing (Social-to-Sales Alignment):
- Design and manage customer journeys from social channels:
- Awareness → Engagement → Inquiry → Demo/Call → Proposal/Trial → Conversion
- Ensure inquiries are responded to quickly and routed correctly so leads remain convertible.
- Work with Sales/BD to align messaging, offers, lead capture forms, and follow-up requirements to keep the lead flow predictable.
Key Deliverables:
- Lead handling SOP (response templates + routing + response time targets)
- Monthly AI lead quality report (source, intent, conversion status)
