Our Mission

At DispoGenius, we’re building the most intelligent deal-making system ever created, re placing outdated real estate workflows with AI-powered automation. As an AI Researcher, your specific mission will be to automate underwriting and comping for single-family homes in the U.S. real estate market. With relentless dedication, this solvable challenge could lead to the most impactful product ever released in the U.S. real estate market. An accurate, automated underwriting system will transform transaction speed, impacting hundreds of thousands—if not millions—of people. This journey will be incredibly chal lenging, with long nights and complex problems, but the potential to revolutionize real estate makes it a historic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the system architect to design and develop AI solutions for automated underwriting and comping in real estate.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to fuel AI model training for underwriting and market analysis.

• Experiment with and fine-tune AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) to achieve breakthrough performance and scalability in real estate applications.

• Build and test AI modules for underwriting and comping, iterating rapidly to validate ideas and uncover new possibilities.

• Stay on top of the latest AI research, tools, and trends to keep DispoGenius at the cutting edge of real estate technology.

• Leverage large-scale data and reasoning models to create intelligent, automated sys tems for deal-making.

• Evaluate experimental outcomes, make data-driven decisions, and pivot as needed to maximize accuracy and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI models (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LLMs, or similar).

• Proven ability to assess AI model performance, craft effective prompts, and integrate AI into workflows.

• Experience with data manipulation—gathering, cleaning, and preparing datasets for AI applications.

• A proactive, truth-seeking mindset with a hunger to explore new AI tools and tech niques.

• Solid problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackling complex, open-ended challenges in real estate.

• Some background in AI research or application—expertise is a plus, but a strong foun dation and eagerness to grow are key.

• Comfortable collaborating in-person at our office in Lahore, Pakistan, to foster tight-knit teamwork and innovation.

• Excellent communication skills to align with the system architect and contribute to a high-caliber team.
