The University of South Asia is expanding its AI capabilities and is seeking AI-native software developers who can design and build intelligent systems powered by advanced language models, including Opus-class architectures.

 

We are looking for individuals who understand AI as a core engineering layer — not just an API.

 

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Designing AI-integrated software systems

• Building LLM-powered applications

• Architecting scalable AI workflows

• Optimizing inference performance and cost

• Developing structured prompt systems

• Implementing retrieval-based architectures (RAG)

• Deploying AI solutions into production environments

 

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Opus-class models)

• Advanced prompt engineering skills

• Understanding of embeddings and vector databases

• Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI / Django preferred)

• Experience deploying applications in production

• Knowledge of AI performance optimization

 

Preferred Skills

• GPU-based model deployment

• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex

• Experience with fine-tuning workflows

• Frontend familiarity (React / Next.js is a plus)

• Systems architecture experience
