Ai Lead

Description:

S&P Global is seeking an experienced AI Lead to spearhead the development of an HR copilot powered by generative AI. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance HR service delivery and improve user experience across multiple personas. The candidate will advise on AI best practices, collaborate with People & Analytics teams, and ensure HR data is optimized for AI applications while maintaining the highest levels of data security and encryption.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development & Implementation:

✅ Lead the design and deployment of generative AI solutions to optimize HR service delivery.
✅ Ensure AI applications align with best practices and ethical AI guidelines.
✅ Analyze and translate HR processes into AI business cases.
✅ Develop AI-ready data architecture while ensuring data security and encryption.
✅ Guide the People Team on potential AI use cases in HR and implement innovative solutions.

Collaboration & Project Management:

✅ Work closely with People & Analytics teams to integrate AI tools effectively.
✅ Partner with senior leadership to drive AI adoption and transformation.
✅ Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

✅ Stay updated with industry trends and AI advancements in HR technology.
✅ Implement strategies for ongoing AI model improvements and process optimizations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

✔ Experience & Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in AI development, particularly generative AI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise in handling sensitive HR data while ensuring security compliance.
• Knowledge of Workday and Snowflake (preferred but not essential).

✔ Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence senior leadership.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
