TechLabz is looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Python Developer who can take AI projects from development to successful delivery and closure.

📍 Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
🕖 Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
💼 Experience: 3–4+ Years in AI / GenAI
🏢 Work Mode: On-site

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings & vector databases
• Build backend systems with Python, FastAPI & Django
• Communicate directly with clients and understand requirements
• Conduct demos, technical discussions & presentations
• Manage UAT, deployment, hypercare, handover & project closure
• Prepare technical proposals, estimates & POCs
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely project delivery
• Support client interviews, technical discussions & sales calls

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• 3–4+ years of AI / Generative AI experience
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs & RAG
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with FastAPI and/or Django
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, APIs & prompt engineering
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong problem-solving and project ownership abilities
