Nextgeni is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop and deploy intelligent, scalable systems that leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. As an AI Engineer, you will work with advanced AI technologies including deep learning, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and NLP to build high-impact applications. You’ll design and optimize AI models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them in real-world use cases. Your work will directly influence decision-making and optimize operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI models including deep learning and generative AI architectures

• Implement NLP, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics solutions

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver AI-driven features

• Conduct experiments with the latest AI techniques and apply findings to enhance model performance

• Optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and real-time processing in production environments

• Ensure all solutions align with ethical AI standards and best practices

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)

• Strong foundation in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI

• Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or edge devices

• Knowledge of MLOps, distributed computing, and scalable architectures

• Strong understanding of model optimization and performance tuning

• Familiarity with probabilistic reasoning, Bayesian methods, and optimization algorithms is a plus

• Bonus: Experience in NLP, computer vision, or AI automation
