We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (Full-Time, Onsite) 📍 Location: Lahore for a sharp mind to help us push the limits of latency, compliance, and large-scale deployment. If you thrive on solving hard problems in speech, LLMs, and live call systems, this role is for you. What You’ll Work On - Driving conversational latency below 1.2s⚡ - Detecting & mitigating hallucinations in live call flows - Measuring model quality in voice assistants - Integrating STT/TTS into SIP calls - Handling accents, noise & multilingual code-switching - Ensuring compliance (consent, DNC, data protection) - Scaling to 2k+ concurrent calls while optimizing cost - Designing observability & tracing with OpenTelemetry What We’re Looking For - Strong background in ML, NLP, ASR/TTS, and real-time systems - Hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning - Experience with SIP/VoIP, low-latency architectures, and compliance frameworks - A builder’s mindset: resilient under pressure, collaborative, and outcome-driven - Bonus: Full-stack development experience
