About the Role: We are looking for an AI Developer to join our growing AI team focused on building intelligent agentic systems capable of observing, understanding, and automating human computer workflows. You will work on cutting-edge AI systems that can monitor user interactions across applications, interpret actions and intent, construct executable workflows, and autonomously perform complex multi-step tasks. The role involves research and development in areas such as multimodal AI, computer vision, UI understanding, workflow orchestration, agent architectures, and intelligent automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI-driven automation solutions that interact with real-world software environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intelligent agentic systems capable of observing and understanding human interactions across desktop applications, browsers, and enterprise software
- Build AI pipelines for capturing, interpreting, and structuring user actions into executable workflows and automation graphs
- Develop systems for UI understanding, screen analysis, OCR, and interaction tracking using computer vision and multimodal AI techniques
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, planning systems, and memory architectures to enable autonomous task execution
- Research and experiment with approaches for task decomposition, reasoning, workflow generation, and adaptive automation
- Improve systems related to action prediction, UI element detection, contextual understanding, and workflow reliability
- Prepare, process, and manage large-scale interaction datasets for training, evaluation, and behavioral analysis
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for integrating AI agents into production environments
- Design monitoring and evaluation tools for workflow execution, agent performance, reliability, and observability
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Software Developers, Product Teams, and UX stakeholders to build scalable AI-driven automation platforms
- Stay updated with advancements in AI agents, multimodal models, computer vision, automation frameworks, LLMs, and human-computer interaction research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML system development or intelligent automation projects
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar ecosystems
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), agent architectures, tool-use frameworks, RAG systems, and workflow orchestration concepts
- Experience with computer vision, OCR, UI understanding, or multimodal AI systems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with desktop automation, browser automation, or agent execution frameworks is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in building scalable backend services and APIs for AI-driven systems
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced research and development environment
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow automation systems
