• Pro-Level Trend Spotting: Perform deep niche and competitor research on top-tier YouTube channels, Reddit, and social platforms to catch breakout trends before they peak.
• AI Workflows: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to rapidly outline and draft first-pass content frameworks for YouTube videos.
• Packaging Ideation: Brainstorm high-CTR YouTube titles, thumbnail concepts, and trending angles.
• Content Repurposing: Repurpose long-form video concepts into short-form text hooks and social snippets.

What We Need:

• A strategic mindset with a proven ability to find trends and diagnose YouTube channel health (understanding AVD, CTR, and retention dips).
