Description:
As the AI Automations & GHL Expert, you’ll design, build, and maintain advanced automations across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for setting up workflows inside GoHighLevel, connecting APIs through Make.com or n8n, building AI calling flows (Vapi/Twilio), and ensuring seamless CRM and communication automations for our clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and technical teams to build automation systems that enhance lead response time, client onboarding, and campaign performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Development
- Build, optimise, and manage advanced workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, funnels, pipelines, campaigns, and triggers.
- Design and deploy AI calling flows using tools like Vapi.ai, Twilio, or equivalent integrations.
- Build automation flows on Make.com and n8n to connect multiple tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly, GMB, WhatsApp, Facebook, Slack, Stripe, etc.).
- Implement lead nurturing, follow-up, and appointment scheduling automations.
- Build webhooks, API routes, and dynamic triggers to sync data between systems.
AI & Workflow Integration
- Develop AI-powered workflows that handle inbound/outbound calling, lead qualification, and client follow-ups.
- Integrate AI chatbots, voice bots, and agents into GHL and third-party dashboards.
- Test and improve conversational AI models for response accuracy and data capture.
Platform Customisation
- Customise and white-label GoHighLevel for internal and client accounts (dashboards, login portals, automations).
- Create reusable automation templates for different client industries.
- Ensure consistent data flow and error-free syncing across CRMs, Google Workspace, and external APIs.
Performance & Maintenance
- Monitor automation performance, handle errors, and maintain system reliability.
- Create documentation and SOPs for each automation setup.
- Continuously improve existing automations to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — setup, customisation, and workflow automation.
- Strong expertise in Make.com (Integromat) and n8n for advanced automation flows.
- Hands-on experience building AI call flows using Vapi.ai, Twilio, or similar.
- Strong understanding of webhooks, APIs, JSON, and dynamic data mapping.
- Experience integrating CRMs, form systems, Google Workspace, and social platforms.
- Ability to debug and resolve automation errors efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of marketing and sales workflows (lead-to-sale pipelines).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience integrating ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or similar AI tools for conversational AI.
- Familiarity with backend scripting (JavaScript or Python) for custom API logic.
- Knowledge of CRM data structures and SaaS-level automation management.
- Experience creating automation templates for multiple industries (real estate, aesthetics, legal, etc.).
