Description:
You will serve as the architect behind our CRM ecosystem, Monday.com infrastructure, and Make.com automations. Your work will weave together technology, strategy, and human needs transforming scattered requirements into seamless, scalable systems. As the point of contact for all things CRM and workflow-related, you'll partner with multiple teams, translating challenges into elegant solutions and ensuring smooth, intuitive operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows across CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Leverage Make.com to automate processes, connect tools, and reduce operational friction.
- Develop custom integrations using APIs to link systems and unlock new capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and transform them into structured, actionable solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve architecture as the company grows.
- Create clear documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support teams at every technical level.
- Serve as the resident expert on CRM infrastructure, data flow, automation logic, and system scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Monday.com workflows, formulas, dashboards, and advanced features.
- Proven experience integrating systems using APIs and third-party tools such as Make.com.
- Strong understanding of CRM structures, data mapping, lifecycle automation, and process design.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional English fluency, both written and spoken, with an ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- A proactive mindset, a love for operational elegance, and an instinct for solving problems before they appear.
