Description:

We are seeking a data-driven and technically curious AI & Automation Analyst to help optimize operational processes across customer service, marketing, compliance, and internal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automation workflows, working with data, and leveraging AI tools to improve business efficiency. You will work closely with compliance and operations teams to identify challenges and design scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Automation:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline internal operations and reporting.
• Automate routine processes including compliance reporting, reconciliations, and internal client reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear insights into operational KPIs.

Customer & Marketing Operations:

• Analyse customer support ticket data to identify recurring issues and automate response workflows.
• Support marketing teams by automating campaign performance tracking and competitor analysis.

Compliance & Process Efficiency:

• Design automation workflows for compliance alerts, KYC, and AML decision processes.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, analytics, automation, or data-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script or similar scripting tools.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
• Experience using AI or LLM tools to automate workflows or analyse data.
• Experience with analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Metabase, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics).
