Ai Agent Developer

Description:

We’re seeking an AI Agent Developer to build and deploy intelligent agents across for operational use cases. You’ll work closely with our Creative Studio, Business Consulting and Tech Teams to translate goals into high-performing conversational flows, integrate agents with platforms like WhatsApp, CRM, and websites, and ensure seamless deployment.

This is a high-impact, execution-first role for someone who understands both the technical and strategic dimensions of AI automation. You’ll be building the tools that drive scale across our ecosystem—and our clients’.

Responsibilities

• Build custom AI agents

• Integrate agents with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, CRM, etc.)

• Customize tone, persona, and NLP flows based on client goals

• Test and deploy agents across channels with performance tracking

• Collaborate with internal teams to align agent functionality with brand strategy

• Provide documentation and handoff materials for clients

• Stay ahead of AI trends and suggest improvements proactively

What You Bring

• Experience building and deploying AI agents or chatbots

• Strong understanding of NLP, conversational UX, and platform integrations

• Ability to work independently and deliver fast

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
