🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the after-sales service team and operations
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues
• Develop service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor service performance, analyze feedback, and implement improvements
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and sales teams for smooth service flow
• Train, guide, and evaluate service team performance

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in after-sales/service management, preferably in energy, electronics, or related sectors
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and ensure customer-centric outcomes
