After Sales Engineer

Diwan International is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled After Sales Engineer to join our growing solar team. If you are passionate about renewable energy and customer support, this opportunity is for you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers after installation of solar systems

* Diagnose and resolve system issues, inverter faults, and performance concerns.

* Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections

* Coordinate with the installation team for warranty and service claims

* Prepare service reports and ensure customer satisfaction

🎓 Requirements:

BS in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field

Experience in solar systems, troubleshooting & after-sales services (preferred)

Strong communication and customer handling skills
