What You’ll Do:

Publisher Management Recruit and onboard publishers to our affiliate program.
Review and evaluate publisher performance.
Foster collaborations and negotiate deals with publishers.
Continuously analyze and optimize publisher performance metrics.

Event Management Schedule and release events on the Affiliate Network platform.
Inspect and ensure publisher websites are active and remove expired events.

Placement Research Analyze competitors’ advertising strategies and placements.
Negotiate placement partnerships with fixed or conditional agreements.

Marketing Channel Research Explore competitor marketing channels for new opportunities.
Negotiate partnerships with emerging and promising marketing channels.

What We’re Looking For: Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communication, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing affiliate channels with a proven track record of scaling alliances from zero to growth and experience in operating large-scale affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ, Impact, Shareasale, etc.
Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the principles of overseas B2C Affiliate Networks and an understanding of European and American market dynamics.
Skills: Proficient in Excel and capable of conducting detailed data analysis.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive and ambitious personality.
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
