📌 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage internal affiliate programs
• Recruit and negotiate with influencers, publishers, and networks
• Develop campaign assets (links, codes, creatives)
• Monitor affiliate KPIs and ensure payout accuracy
• Align affiliate efforts with brand guidelines and compliance
• Integrate affiliate data into growth reporting
• Use AI tools to streamline discovery and tracking
• Support seasonal campaigns and product launches
🎯 Required Skills
• 1–3 years in affiliate or performance marketing
• Familiarity with Impact, CJ Affiliate, Refersion, Rakuten, etc.
• Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and tracking tools
• Understanding of influencer marketing and e-commerce funnels
• Exposure to international affiliate markets (UK, EU, USA)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
