10Techies Software Solutions, a creative hub for digital innovation and performance, is looking for a dynamic Advertisement Expert to join its marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about crafting impactful advertising campaigns and designing visuals that engage, convert, and resonate.

Working closely with the design and marketing departments, the selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing advertising strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms

• Create engaging visuals and ad creatives tailored for different audience segments

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results (clicks, conversions, engagement)

• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to align creative direction

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency

• Handle A/B testing of campaigns, targeting strategies, and budget allocations

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Proven experience or strong understanding of advertising and digital media

• Creativity in visual storytelling and design-thinking mindset

• Basic familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• A result-driven attitude with attention to brand tone and messaging

Timings & Work Schedule:

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Onsite role)
