UNIMENTOR is seeking a motivated and experienced Admissions Team Leader to lead and support our growing admissions team. If you're passionate about education consultancy and student success, we want to hear from you!

 

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

 

✅ Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Business)

 

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the admissions or education consultancy field

 

✅ Experience in team handling or coordination roles is highly preferred

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

 

🎓 Supervise and lead the admissions team to achieve performance targets

 

📋 Manage the complete study abroad application process for students

 

📞 Provide expert counseling to students and parents on study abroad opportunities

 

📝 Ensure timely and accurate documentation and follow-up with students

 

🌐 Maintain coordination with international universities and institutions

 

📊 Monitor team KPIs and generate performance reports

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

 

✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

 

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

✅ Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

 

✅ Must be comfortable with on-site working
