Admissions Officer

 

Description:

  • Reviewing and evaluating applications: You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating applications from prospective students, including their transcripts, test scores, and personal statements.
  • Data management: You will maintain accurate records of all applicants educational documents and admissions decisions.
  • You will responsible for applying for students offer letters, correspondence with Universities to keep up-to-date with their admission requirements and processes.
  • Assist students in obtaining visas and preparing for their departure to study abroad.
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their academic journey abroad, including communication with universities, tracking academic progress, and addressing any challenges or concerns that arise.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
