Description:
Help Students See the Future — and Enroll in It
The University of South Asia is not just upgrading education — we are rewriting it.
Every degree we offer is now powered by AI-integrated learning, designed to make students more productive, globally employable, and future-ready from their very first semester.
We are looking for confident, well-presented, and highly articulate foreign-qualified fresh graduates who can inspire students, guide parents, and represent the future of education with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.
This role is not for ordinary admissions staff.
It is for individuals who can become the voice of a university that is transforming higher education in Pakistan.
What You’ll Do
• Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, degree programs, fee structure, scholarships, and career pathways
• Explain how AI-integrated degrees prepare students for future careers, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and global opportunities
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp leads, online queries, and follow-ups professionally
• Convert prospective student inquiries into successful admissions through ethical and effective counseling
• Maintain admission records, lead follow-up sheets, daily reports, and student data accurately
• Represent the university at school visits, education expos, seminars, open houses, and outreach activities
• Use modern communication tools including CRM, WhatsApp, Zoom, LinkedIn, email, and MS Office
• Coordinate with academic departments, accounts, and student support teams for smooth admission processing
• Build trust with students and families by acting as a career guide, not just an admissions representative
• Achieve assigned admissions targets with discipline, consistency, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
• Foreign-qualified fresh graduates only with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or above
• Excellent English communication skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
• Confident, energetic, and articulate communication style
• Strong interpersonal and student counseling skills
• Ability to speak with students and parents professionally
• Passionate about education, student guidance, and career counseling
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
