A reputable university is seeking a qualified and experienced Admissions Manager to lead and manage student recruitment for its ACCA and CA programs. The role requires overseeing the full admissions cycle, enhancing outreach, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process in a dynamic academic setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and optimize the entire admissions process.

* Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.

* Engage proactively with prospective students and provide accurate program guidance.

* Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to promote programs.

* Supervise the admissions team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.

* Conduct campus tours, webinars, and informational sessions.

* Assist in creating promotional content and admissions materials.

* Respond to student inquiries and support a student-focused admissions experience.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably with ACCA/CA or other professional education programs.

* Strong understanding of ICAP/ACCA frameworks and the accountancy education landscape.

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Demonstrated results-driven and student-centered mindset.
