Admissions Counselor

A leading educational institution based in Karachi is currently seeking a proactive and student-focused Admissions Counselor to join its team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding students who are interested in pursuing UK-based international qualifications, helping them understand the academic pathways available and successfully navigate the admission process.

This is a full-time position, best suited for professionals who are passionate about education, enjoy working with people, and are skilled in managing relationships with students and educational partners. As an Admissions Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to support and counsel prospective students, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding their academic future.

You will also be responsible for managing the admissions pipeline, maintaining accurate documentation, attending promotional events, and staying up to date with changes in UK higher education policies. The role requires a compassionate individual who is motivated to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and detailed information to students about UK-based qualifications and academic programs

• Guide students through the entire admissions process, including eligibility checks, documentation, and form submissions

• Develop and share promotional materials and resources with students, consultants, and educational partners

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline enrollment and ensure a seamless admission experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational consultants, and partner institutions

• Represent the institution at education fairs, recruitment events, and promotional drives

• Stay updated on the latest developments in UK higher education, including policies, requirements, and partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

• 1–2 years of experience in admissions counseling or related educational support roles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being essential

• Knowledge of UK higher education systems and admissions procedures is highly preferred

• Empathetic, patient, and socially perceptive, with a genuine interest in student success

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals
