We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our flagship campus and help aspiring students embark on successful careers in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Hospitality Management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up on leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and walk-in visitors.
✅ Guide prospective students and parents regarding our diploma and certificate programs.
✅ Achieve enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship building.
✅ Manage the complete admissions process, including documentation and fee coordination.
✅ Conduct campus tours and represent Skillston at education expos and career fairs.
✅ Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, or high-end sales.
🗣 Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
🤝 Strong interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
