Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for Administrator

Education: B.COM/BBA/MBA (Minimum graduate)
Experience: 1 – 2 years in relevant field
Skills Requirement: Business Communication / Time Management / Public Dealing

Job Duties:

  • Provides administrative support on general Services for smooth business operations.
  • Monitor and Control day to day tasks of 3rd Party Staff, Janitorial Staff and Security Staff deputed in the designated offices
  • Provides hygienic and effective working environment to JLI staff and visitors including coaching and training of reporting staff
  • Responsible for timely repair & maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures, – – Equipment and building structure of designated offices
    responsible of timely processing of bills, patty cash vouchers and other required documents
  • Ensures company assets are safely placed, well maintained and in workable condition
  • Ensures safety and security of the office premises
  • Managing desired tasks assigned by any sections of Administration or assigned by any department i.e. HR, Compliance, CS & etc.
    Maintain Accurate Records in hard and soft files (as per requirement)
