NJ Developers is seeking a professional and efficient Office Assistant to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in managing office tasks and supporting smooth administrative operations. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on maintaining a productive and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations.

  • Manage clerical duties such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and documentation.

  • Maintain and operate office equipment efficiently.

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally with appropriate etiquette.

  • Assist in scheduling, coordination of meetings, and general office upkeep.

  • Communicate effectively within and outside the organization.

  • Collaborate with team members and work independently when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative assistance and clerical tasks.
