Description:
QTO House is hiring an Administrative Associate to support day-to-day office operations and coordination, with a major focus on managing our social media presence across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident with content planning, posting, and community management.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative coordination across teams
- Maintain trackers, records, and documentation related to operations and reporting
- Manage QTO House social media across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent publishing
- Create and publish content (captions, basic creatives, coordination for photos/videos)
- Respond to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner and escalate queries when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and turn them into content
- Track competitor activity and maintain a simple weekly snapshot
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Humanities / Social Sciences / Arts / Mass Comm / Business or similar)
- Strong communication and writing skills (English required; Urdu is a plus)
- Comfortable managing social media and understanding platform best practices (LinkedIn is essential)
- Familiarity with Canva and basic content tools
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets/trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Basic photo/video editing or reel coordination experience
- Understanding of analytics and content strategy
