Administrative Assistant
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations (when applicable).
- Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the client.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
