Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations (when applicable).
  • Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the client.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
