- Manage and organize physical and digital files efficiently.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and maintain productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative or similar roles is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work proactively and manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is a plus.
