Description:

  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
  • Having discussions with clients and suppliers to negotiate the best contracts
  • Coordinating with the delivery and warehousing teams to guarantee timely delivery of the goods
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
  • Interacting with vendors and viewing new products when attending events, shows, and exhibitions
  • Examining purchased goods when they are delivered and promptly reporting any problems
  • Updating all product records that have been bought
  • Producing cost assessments and writing reports on purchases
  • Attending meetings with staff and other stakeholders and contributing

 

About You:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • Must have good analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of Business development and Sales fundamentals
  • Knowledge of the Textile industry is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
