We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Karachi. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who can effectively manage administrative operations, vendor coordination, asset management, and HR support functions.

📍 Location: Karachi
🕒 Employment Type: Permanent
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized)
💼 Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office maintenance
Manage vendors, procurement, and facility coordination
Supervise office technicians and ensure smooth operations
Support vehicle management and asset safeguarding
Coordinate security & safety compliance (fire drills, extinguishers, etc.)
Provide payroll and HR portal support (CIP, attendance, FNF, reporting)
Assist in ISO audits and compliance processes

Required Skills:
✔ Strong MS Office proficiency
✔ Advanced Excel skills (reporting & data handling)
✔ PowerPoint presentation skills
✔ Good spoken and written English
✔ Strong negotiation & coordination skills
✔ Leadership and team management ability
✔ Attention to detail and organizational skills
